I practice yoga and ‘your method’ frequently. I’m getting negative reactions from ‘your method’ (though seems convenient and doesn’t require hips of practice, just social courage!)

Wow,that was amazing, i’m easily hypnotized though, and although i’m not trying to say there is a deffinant connection, meditation is much like hypnotizing yourself.
